• We ship orders by the next business day or sooner
• We only have products on our website that are in stock in our distribution center*.

Domestic Shipping Within The 48 States

• Free shipping for all US locations
• PO boxes can not be utilized for UPS shipments
• USPS Express Mail expedited shipping option available

Domestic Shipping Outside The 48 States

• Free shipping for USPS ship methods
• Large/Heavy items that ship via UPS can not be shipped outside the 48 states

Local Pickup

• Our distribution center is not able to process over the counter sales or local pickups

* In the unlikely event we are out of stock due to an inventory miscount, we will contact you with an availability date. If we do not receive a response after three business days we will cancel the order.

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

• If possible, tell the shipping person to note it before you sign
• Take photos of the damage
• Contact us ASAP
• Contact the Shipper ASAP

Damage claims are the responsibility of the shipping carrier; Jet Ski Plus assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. However, we will do our best to assist with your claim.
